With deceased verification, you get immediate insight into which individuals in your customer database have passed away. This allows you to remove or update these records in time and prevents communication from unintentionally reaching the deceased person’s relatives. 
Why deceased verification?
When a record of a deceased person is still in your database, it can lead to unwanted mail or communication. For example:
- addressed promotional mail
- letters or offers
- automated emails
- other customer communications that are no longer appropriate
